In the early 1990s Mercedes-Benz sold a high-performance version of the popular W124 chassis this car, the 500E was created in close cooperation with Porsche. Each 500E was hand built in Mercedes-Benz and Porsche factories taking a full 18 days to complete. These were very special cars. They could be identified by their flared fenders, deep front spoiler, and aggressive stance.

These cars were equipped with all of the Mercedes-Benz options that were available since this was their premium performance model of the time. Some of the features included:

In its five year production run only 1500 were sent to the United States.

The massive 32 valve 5 L V-8 engine produced an impressive 322 hp and 354 pound feet of torque. This car sprinted to 60 miles an hour in under six seconds and had a top speed of just over 161 mph. It's breaking and handling equally as impressive. But these are very refined cars and are just as comfortable driving around town as they are at high-speed cruising.

Our 500E is a well-documented to owner example. It was sold new to a woman in San Francisco. She owned this car through 2009 where it was sold to a second owner in Miami, Florida. It has been lovingly cared for and maintained to the highest standards. Having only 32,000 miles, this 500E has been used sparingly. It's service history is well documented through Car Fax as well as copies of service invoices.

As with every car from Pedigree, this 500E was thoroughly inspected prior to us putting it on the market. To get this car ready for sale we performed:
