The 560 SL is the last generation of the classic 107 body Mercedes-Benz. The 1988 model year was the final change in these iconic luxury sports cars. Low miles original examples, such as this, are highly desirable and sought after by collectors. While most of these cars have high miles this example as just 35,000 miles and is all original. It has lovingly been maintained throughout its life.

Originally purchased in Ohio, it remained with its original owner until 2013. Since then it has been sparingly driven. As with all of our cars at Pedigree, this Mercedes received a thorough inspection and service prior to us putting it for sale. The work we had performed includes:

This is one of the finest all original 560SL's we have seen in years. The dark blue convertible top is magnificent; it's original and perfect. The Astral Silver Paint just gleams and it's close to perfect. Inside the interior looks like it did in 1988. The blue leather is free of any noticeable signs of wear and has never been re-dyed, it's close to flawless. The wood veneer is perfect with no cracks and has a beautiful shine. As expected there are no cracks in the dashboard. Everything in this interior is magnificent.

The engine bay and trunk are equally as impressive. In fact, the original Pirelli P6 spare tire still has its original hang tag on it and it looks like it has never been on the ground.

Everything on this 560 SL is impressive and there is virtually nothing to pick on. It drives just is impressively as it looks and everything works as it should. We encourage prospective buyer to personally inspect this 560 SL to personally see how nice it is.
