1979 was a pivotal year for Cadillac. It was the last year of the renowned 7 liter 425 cubic inch V8 engine. This engine was known for its high torque and reliability. In 1979 over 120,000 Coupe Deville's were produced. Of those only 1,832 were Phaetons. The Phaeton option package was $2,029 and included:

Originally sold new by Fisher Motor Cars in Minot, North Dakota on August 1, 1979 to Mr. Denzil Kicks. It was eventually sold to a collector in Palm Beach county, Florida.

This highly original Cadillac has been lovingly stored and cared for. It is in show quality condition and will be a welcomed addition to any collection. This is an ideal car for the Cadillac enthusiast/collector. In January 2025 the previous owner spent nearly $10,000 on mechanical work to make it ready to be driven anywhere. No expense was spared.
